Currently, remote data transfer is not possible.

• When the sequencing is complete, go to BZH (INF328) and take a >40Gb free capacity USB stick or drive
• Facing the machine, on the left side is the USB connector, start the copying by draggin and dropping
• After ~30min retrieve the USB.
• Upload the data to the NextSeq folder on the SDS (this is the backed-up data storage for all raw data) using your computer.
• Announce the completed sequencing run on Slack

Soon™ the data on the sequencing server that is connected to Gerda will be available on the exp share.
