1. Remove paper from the top tray no.1 of the Ricoh3 printer.
2. Place the CRYOtags sheet in the top tray no.1. face up, top part is the top of the page (no inversion).
3. Set the correct size for this sheet using the green buttons with arrows on the sides of the tray and close the tray.
4. Open the word file “LabTAG_Template (template for lab labels printing).docx” (Cryovials folder on the desktop).
5. In the free cells write the names of the samples and required information.
6. Go to File > Print, select Ricoh3 printer.
7. Set paper size to A4, margins to “Latest Custom Margin Settings” (Top: 6 mm, Bottom: 0 mm, Left: 20 mm, Right: 20 mm).
8. Now you can start printing.
