Frontiers tutorials
Introduction
The Frontiers in Biology lecture series is attended by master students from all branches of the MSc-Molecular Biosciences (systems biology, cancer biology, neuroscience, etc.). Henrik teaches three lectures in this module on genome and transcriptome evolution.
The students have to complete a series of exercises related to the lectures. The members of the lab are tasked with teaching tutorials to correct the exercises and solve any doubts the students may have. Furthermore, the lab members review and update the questions that will be included in their final exam.
Tutors responsibilities
- Review and update correction slides for the tutorials.
- Prepare questions for the exam.
- The tutorials take place at the end of November. Each member teaches one day from 8:00 to 10:00. The students are divided in groups of ~10-15 but often not everyone attends.
