The practical is structured in 4 main parts:

• Introduction to evolutionary genetics
• Introduction to R programming
• RNA-sequencing analysis
• Single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis

• This is a bachelor course. It takes place in the summer semester. It lasts one week (from 10.15 a.m. to 6 p.m).
