For a smooth transition into future projects, please make sure you complete the following steps before you leave us.

• Ensure all your data and code is properly documented so it can be traced back if needed (SDS, Kaessmannserver, Rudi, etc.). For instance, it would be helpful if a README file is included in your SDS personal folder detailing the structure of your subfolders.

• Please move all relevant data that should be stored into the SDS and set read and write permissions to group (chmod -R g+rw)

• It is good practice to remove those files that can be obtained anytime from public sources (NCBI genomes, proteomes, etc.).
