There is a common coffee machine in the kitchen that is maintained by Martin Hettich (URZ, email martin.hettich@urz.uni-heidelberg.de, room 117 in INF330). Mark each coffee that you get on the list next to the coffee machine. One coffee is ~ 0.15€ and includes milk (labelled with URZ in the fridge) and sugar. If you buy coffee beans or milk, indicate the sum and purpose on the tally sheet. Every once in a while, Martin updates the balance for everyone on the list.
