The practical is structured in 4 main parts:

  * Introduction to evolutionary genetics
  * Introduction to R programming
  * RNA-sequencing analysis
  * Single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis

Important admin notes:

  * This is a bachelor course. It takes place in the summer semester. It lasts one week (from 10.15 a.m. to 6 p.m).
